Through Shamrock Structures internal scientific staff and its alliances with network partners we possess the multi-disciplinary scientific capabilities and access to key technologies to conduct full service structural biology programs.
We offer clients arrangements that allow them to purchase a comprehensive package of integrated gene-to-structure services, or to choose to focus on specific individual services and technologies along the structural biology pathway. A comprehensive service offering may begin with DNA cloning and continue on to protein expression, purification, crystallization, co-crystallization with lead compounds, x-ray synchrotron crystal diffraction data collection, and ultimately three dimensional protein structure determination.
